Test Running Information of HN40T Scraper Chute Provided by Shandong Haina Plasma Technology Co., Ltd.

    The HN40T scraper chute provided by Shandong Haina Plasma Technology Co., Ltd. has been on a test running in No. 34201 driving face of Jinggong the Third Mine conducted by the localization department of Equipment Management Centre since 1^st Jan., 2013. For test running, the first scraper conveyer of the roadway used the wear-resistant HN40T scraper chute. In the test running, the driving operation was done alongside the coal seam floor of the roadway and the sandstone of part of the No. 4 coal seam was cut for 2.5 meters. By far, the working plane is 12℃ slant downward and the sandy mudstone of the roof has been cut for 1.2 meters.

    After 3 months of test running, we conclude that the wear-resistant chute is 2 to 3 times more wearable than common chute. With wear degree declining effectively, the service life of the HN40T chute will correspondingly be prolonged, and the replacement frequency will decline, which will lighten the labor intensity of the labors on site. In addition, the middle part of the chute does not scratch the crosslink ring and the coal wiper and the butt joint of the chutes shows no wear.
